Even Keel is strongly associated with businesses preoccupied with preparing for sale and require an embedded CEO to keep the business on track or family businesses needing to transition but where the next generation requires additional skills development and considered mentoring.

Sarah has deep knowledge and lived experience in the dynamics and management of family businesses. She is an Accredited Family Business Adviser through Family Business Association and The University of Adelaide, facilitates peer learning groups as a forum facilitator and has held executive leadership roles in family businesses.

Additionally, she has been actively involved with the Family Business Association for over 9 years, holding a South Australian state committee role from 2016 to 2019 and appointed as a forum group facilitator in 2020. She has been a guest speaker and panel host at Family Business Association events and conferences.
